On 29 May 2008, Audemars Piguet officially inaugurated a new boutique at 12, Place de la Fusterie in Geneva. For this occasion Audemars Piguet produced this special watch in a limited series of 500. Audemars Piguet sold the first “Rhône-Fusterie” Royal Oak Offshore 001/500 in the collection to the highest bidder and gave the proceeds to the Little Dreams Foundation.
